1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App.

2. Description of Service

Spendlit is a mobile application that lets users scan receipts, add expenses, and view spending insights.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Purchases

The App may offer digital products or subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

All payments are:

• Processed by Apple
• Subject to Apple’s payment terms
• Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies
• We do not directly process payments or store payment information.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

You may not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the App
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the App for illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, and software are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
